fishingnetuae.com (FishingNet UAE) is operated by Insaf Consulting LTD (Ontario, Canada). This page explains what data we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

Only what you enter in the request form: name, phone number, what you're interested in, whether you live in the UAE or are visiting, date, group size and comment. We also store the site language, the page the request came from and the time you gave consent.

Why

To contact you and help with your fishing: find a charter, suggest a spot, or advise on licences and tackle. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Where it's stored and who sees it

• Requests are saved in our CRM on the Supabase platform.
• We receive a notification about each request on Telegram.
• If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation happens on WhatsApp.
• We share your contact details with a charter company only after you've chosen it and agreed.

Cookies and analytics

This site doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies. The spot map loads from a map service, which receives standard request data such as your IP address.

How long we keep it

Up to 24 months after our last contact, or less if you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, correct it or delete it. Email [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp and we'll handle it within 30 days.

Age

This site is intended for people aged 18 and over.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
